The studio should be cleaned and restored to its original state, and garbage should be taken to the dumpster, or a $200.00 cleaning fee may be incurred.

Nails, screws and strong tape are prohibited from being used on walls and surfaces, Command strips may be used with moderation but you will be charged for any damages incurred.

Do not drag furniture or heavy materials across floor.

Nudity is not permitted without prior approval.

No pets without prior authorization.

Multiple security cameras are placed inside and outside of studio.

Kitchen and island are special use only and not to be used as work stations, any damages incurred will result in charges.

Do not rest equipment against stove or refrigerator, damages will result in charges.

When renting fireplace please keep flame turned off until needed as it heats up the studio very quickly. Abuse can result in a $100.00 a day utility recovery fee.

No hazardous, illegal, or negligent practices, activities or substances may be used during any part of the rental period.

No small powder, glitter, waterworks or fire will be allowed without prior permission. A cleaning or damage fee may be incurred.

Propaganda employees may enter the studio during the rental at any time.

Props are available for use in “AS IS” condition.

Any props will be returned cleaned and washed, or will be subject to a cleaning fee.

In the event of loss or damage the client will be charged to replace item. Specialty fees may be applied to handmade, vintage, discontinued, and one of a kind items.

Damaged props will remain the property of Propaganda image works and must be surrendered in any condition regardless of fees owed or paid.

Set walls are for use in photo/video shoots only. No climbing, leaning, or rough play is allowed.

Do not hang or mount heavy objects (like lights, shelves, or props) unless pre-approved. Set walls are not structural.

Clients may not alter or paint the walls

Children must be supervised at all times. No rough play near set walls.
